This issue occurred as our system failed to connect our subscription with your paid account in iTunes. However, you can restore your membership by perform a few simple steps as following:
1) Open Paktor app, at "Home", Select the ring icon on the top right corner
2) Select "Your purchase" section
3) Press "Restore purchases"
4) A prompt will appear telling "Would you like us to try to restore purchases from your iTunes/Google Play account?". Choose "Yes"
5) Your premium membership should be reflected.
